Website behavior

No RFQ transmissionThe local worksheet validates entries in the browser and creates a local summary. The site does not send the entries to a server or intentionally persist them. If the user selects “Copy summary,” the text is written to the device clipboard; its retention and access are then controlled by the operating system and any clipboard tools.

The site installs no analytics, advertising pixels, account login, or marketing cookies. Ordinary hosting access logs may still be created by the static hosting provider.

Email and RFQ inquiries

The local RFQ worksheet does not transmit data. If a user copies the summary and sends it by email, VIALFORM receives the company name, business contact details, delivery country, requested product, quantity, intended non-clinical use, document requirements and message content included by the sender.

Inquiry information is used to respond, assess product and route suitability, prepare a quotation, prevent prohibited use and support the resulting order.

Do not submit patient information, medical records, passwords, payment-card information, or personal data unrelated to a business inquiry.

Quotation and order records

The website does not create customer accounts or online orders. When a buyer accepts a quotation, VIALFORM retains the quotation, invoice reference, delivery details and order communications needed to process and support the order.

PayPal payments

Accepted quotation orders are paid through PayPal Invoice. Payment credentials are entered on PayPal and are not collected by this website. VIALFORM receives transaction identifiers, payer details and payment status made available by PayPal for order and refund administration.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and may process ordinary security and access logs. Email providers process messages sent to VIALFORM addresses. PayPal processes invoice payments and refunds. Carriers process recipient and customs details needed for delivery.

No analytics or advertising scripts are installed. If an official WhatsApp channel is published, WhatsApp and Meta process messages under their own privacy terms.

Retention

The website does not retain local RFQ worksheet entries. Business inquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months unless they become part of an order or must be retained longer for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes.

Privacy choices and rights

For personal information connected to a quotation or order, submit an access, correction or deletion request through the written communication channel stated in that quotation or the related PayPal transaction. VIALFORM may request reasonable verification before acting. Available rights depend on the person’s location and applicable law.

Privacy contact

This website does not provide a public submission channel. Privacy questions relating to an existing quotation or order must use its recorded communication channel. Do not send patient information, medical records, passwords or payment-card data through the local RFQ worksheet.
